Welcome to MP Basic Training. I am (NAME) and I will be your trainer today!
    (Repeat for Co-Trainer)

While In my training session I have a few main rules:
    1. DO NOT MOVE WITHOUT PERMISSION
    2. DO NOT SPEAK WITHOUT PERMISSION

Understood Recruits? (always wait for a reply from ALL recruits before continuing)

Today i will be talking about Rules, Commands, Pay and Strikes.

I also have a THREE STRIKE policy. If you move or speak without permission you will get a strike. Receive three strikes and you will not pass training!

    Understood Recruits?

Please do not interrupt with questions, for there will be a time for them at the end.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here are some basic rules to follow in this training session and around HeadQuarters (HQ).

    1. ALWAYS respect all ranks, higher and lower
    2. ALWAYS Call Higher Ranks Sir/Ma'am (Respectfully)
    3. ALWAYS Follow The "Habbo Way"
    4. Do NOT Constantly Swear or use Capital Letters
    5. Do NOT Dance
    6. Do NOT participate in a Battle Ball or Snow Storm game whilst in HQ
    7. Do NOT use effects in HQ
    8. Do NOT double job
    9. Do NOT noob raid

When working there are certain commands that will be called that you will have to follow and obey as quickly as possible. The First of these is SF.

While In the HQ officers (Black shirt ranks) will call ‘SF’. You follow this command by standing in the square that is in front or behind your seat. You must NOT MOVE or SPEAK until that officer has called ‘AE’. Once this command is called you may sit down and return to what you were previously doing.
(Now test the Recruits and continue until they do not make ANY mistakes).

In this army we have an automatic SF policy when Black shirt ranks and the owner enter the room. This means as soon as you see an Admin Rank with the correct motto and uniform, or Moistures You must stand immediately! Failing to do so will result in a strike. However, automatic SF DOES NOT apply when the colour symbolising the amount of people in Headquarters is orange or red. This is referred to as a ‘red room’.

The next command you will need to follow is FTF (Fill The Front)

This Means You must immediately fill the Front Row of Seats, (closest to the doorway in the workers area). There You Will Help People To Get Jobs (Recruit) And Answer Their Questions. If You Can't Answer Them Ask Another Soldier If They Can Help You. If you see a higher ranked person sitting in the front row, immediately offer to take their place.

Fill The Back (FTB) may be called if the front row is full. The back row is mainly for when you must go ‘AFK’ (Away from keyboard) or ‘BRB’ (Be right back).
You must have, Brb/Afk in your motto when you are Brb/Afk.

Failing to go and sit in the back row when you are either BRB or AFK may result in Kick, warning or demotion. When you are back at the keyboard make sure you say ‘Back’ to let everyone know you are there and ready to work.

(Test the Recruits on FTF and FTB)

The Final command you will need to follow is: Front And Centre (F&C)

When An Officer Calls This, You Walk Up To The Officer Who Called You, Face Them By Clicking On Them And Then Salute (Wave). They Will Tell You A Message Which Could be a Promotion, Demotion or task. Then They Will Dismiss You By Saying 'DISMISSED'. Then You Must Salute (Wave) Back To Them, And Go Back To Work.

(If there is a co-trainer in the room, use them to demonstrate F&C to the recruits. Then test them on F&C. Continue until they can do it perfectly. Then have a test on SF, FTF, FTB and F&C. Then ask if they have any questions. If so answer them)

    Test them.

    Strikes.

At MP we have a striking system.
The system is Displayed as followed:
    [W1] - Warning one
    [St/1] - Strike one
    [St/2] - Strike two
    [St/3] - Strike three

If you are striked you will be asked to display one of these codes in your motto.
Two strikes and you are demoted.
Three strikes and you are fired.

    Striked restart at 12am everyday.
