Rules for posting in this section

Greeting Everyone,

This section was made for those who miss meetings and thus, are not up to date with all the happenings of the last MP Meeting. To ensure that this is not a problem this Section was made. Anyone can take the minutes of the meeting down (what is said in the meeting/what is asked) however, you must ask lilly or ileap or ANY founding owner if you can post it in this section.

If you have permission from a Founding Owner then please ensure you have the following in your report:

1) A SHORT summary of the meeting
2) Date of meeting
3) How many people attended
4) A SHORT list of questions made / Answers to the Questions (If any, if possible)
5) A VERY SHORT summary of what each admin had to say (If vital information, if necessary)
6) What YOU thought of the meeting
7) Your name and rank at the bottom of the Report
Maybe a Poll or Question at the end of the Report would be good, tie it into the Meeting though

If you do most a Meeting Report then, (to be blunt) Thankyou!!
